Rosewood Boutique Holiday 2012 Lookbook | Sewickley, PA

Christianna and I recently had the pleasure of working with Rosewood Boutique’s owner Kathryn Richardson, model Madisyn Fecko, and makeup artist Krystle Owens to create a tasteful yet elegant 2012 Holiday Lookbook. Kathryn opened up Rosewood Boutique in March 2011 and then a second store in August 2012 with sister in-law Genna Gerstenberger. Christy and I would like to personally thank Rosewood for the opportunity to be a part of their fashion endeavors. Keep posted for some sneak peaks to start popping up.

Make sure you stop by their blog and show some love! I’ve posted the link below.

As always, thanks for looking!

We’ve joined up and would like to introduce to you NECTAR photography. Here are previews from a recent shoot we’d like to share with you. MORE TO COME STAY TUNED!

And as always, thanks for looking.

Beginning of Fall

Playing around with Christy… we felt we were in a creative rut. I’m experimenting with different editing techniques, especially when it comes to skin retouching. I’m really pleased with the results in the photo below. I’ve used a technique called “frequency separation” in Photoshop in which you separate the “tones” of the image from the “textures” by layer. This allows you to blend and correct blemishes, discoloration, fine lines and wrinkles without losing pore and fine hair detail. It’s very easy to do.
